Your Task

Your task for this final challenge is to design a single, high-quality prompt that instructs an AI to turn chaos into clarity. You are given a collection of messy, real-world inputs related to launching physical goods on a marketplace: emails, chat messages, meeting notes, technical blockers, and whiteboard sketches. This week, the submissions will be evaluated by a LLM acting as an independent judge! 🎯 What You Are Being Evaluated On Your prompt (5 criterias) The output produced when your prompt is run (5 criterias) ✅ Your Prompt Should Instruct the AI To: Separate facts, assumptions, and opinions Identify contradictions and missing decisions Extract clear requirements (product, UX, legal, technical) Highlight risks, dependencies, and blockers Produce a decision log List open questions, grouped by team Avoid inventing information not present in the input ⚠️ Important Constraints Clarity > verbosity Structure > prose Explicit uncertainty > false certainty Do NOT “solve” the problem — expose it clearly 🧠 Tips You may define the AI's role (e.g. product lead, analyst). Are we allowing: - seller-managed shipping? - platform-managed shipping? - free returns or seller-defined policies? We need this ASAP for the go-to-market messaging. Lucas (Marketplace PM): We agreed sellers handle shipping themselves for MVP, right? No warehouse, no fulfillment from us. Sophie (Ops): That's not what I understood. I thought we might pilot platform shipping for top sellers only. Raj (Backend): Shipping logic is very different depending on which option we pick. We can't "just change later". Anna (Legal): If sellers ship themselves, we need very explicit liability wording. If we ship, liability is even worse. Jonas (UX): Checkout flow becomes much heavier with shipping options. Are we showing shipping costs per seller? Per item? Combined? Raj (Backend): Also returns. Returns are not optional in most EU countries.
